The Cottage & Rates

The cottage is opposite the owner’s house and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with double sofa bed and well-equipped cooking area including gas hob, table top oven, kettle and toaster. The living area opens onto a patio and pergola and the downstairs bedroom also opens onto a small patio. There is access for the disabled and the garden is entirely fenced in and ideal for families, being perfectly safe for small children. The above ground swimming pool is 5.5 metres in diameter and about 1.2 metres deep and is for private use of guests. Please note that the pool is in use from June 15 to September 15 weather permitting. For those who do not need the whole cottage, it can be divided into two separate and completely independent units. The downstairs bedroom can be closed off to form a self-contained apartment with kitchenette sleeping up to 3 with an extra folding bed, while the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs living area with double sofa bed form an apartment sleeping up to 4.

Prices are all inclusive.
Please note that central heating and air conditioning are metered. However an extra charge will only be made if usage exceeds normal requirements.

For a stay of two weeks or more a 10% discount is applied from the second week onwards.
